Project Description: Modifications to 200 ft. structural steel tower. Added welded steel equipment platforms for electronics/equipment. Installed fiberglass grating and railings. Installed steel safety ladders with cage and fall arresting gear. Sandblasted entire 200 ft. tall structure to near-white (SSP-10) coated with zinc rich prime, epoxy and polyurethane top coat.

Project Description: This project is the sixth task order issued under an IDIQ contract with the USDA. The project consisted of reconstructing and adding camping sites on Lake Santeetlah Lake in western North Carolina.
Install erosion control to prevent runoff to lake, clear and grub wooded areas, grade existing roads and paths to be ADA compliant, bring in 4,000 cy fill, 500 tons #57 stone; 2 new prefabricated 900 sf log cabins with standing seam roofs; 1,500 lf electrical distribution system; storm water catch basins and culverts; 7,500 sf retaining walls of manufactured stone, 13 new campsites with timber curbing, picnic tables, fire rings, grills, bear-proof garbage receptacles; cedar split rail fence; 1,000 sy asphalt parking areas, asphalt loop road, recondition stone roads, site restoration.

Project Description: Project is to replace leaking underground heating and hot water lines on the college campus during 10-week summer break. Install direct-bury, prefabricated conduit piping system: total of 1,300 1f each of 8” welded steel High Temperature Hot Water supply and return; and 1,300 1f each of 4” brazed copper Domestic Hot Water piping. Piping is buried at 4’ – 6’. Make piping and valve connections in crawl space in boiler room. Remove and replace welded steel piping, valves and fittings in 3 manholes. Demolish and restore asphalt roadway, curb and sidewalk.
